Life coach sessions can be held in person in Delaware or virtually from anywhere around the world.
I conduct in person sessions in Townsend, Delaware.

What hours are available?

Availability varies weekly but generally bookings can occur between 9am - 10pm EST with some weekend availability as well.  My goal is to be flexible to find what works for you.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically 60 minutes.

30 and 90 minute sessions are also available.

How do I set up an appointment?

Before you do, let's chat by phone first.  I offer complimentary, no obligation 15 minute phone consultations where you can share some of the key aspects of your life and what you would like to change.  We can then both determine if this is a good fit and if proceeding is appropriate.  At that time, you will be provided the link to some assessment forms and we will schedule a time that works for both of us.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend a session, you must cancel within 24 hours of the session. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, you will be charged.  While I realize that things come up, please understand that if less than 24 hours of notice is given, I am generally unable to fill the slot.

What age ranges do we work with?

I work with individuals age 12 +.  I specialize in working with females age 18+.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I am in network with Optum, Cigna, and Aetna.

I also provide sessions on a private pay basis for those who are out of network or who prefer that insurance is not involved in their care.

What are your fees?

Individual sessions are $125 hour, Couples sessions are $150 hour

30 and 90 minute sessions are prorated.

Group session fees are determined by the number of participants.

Concierge fees are on a case by case basis.

What type of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, check, CashApp or Venmo.

What if I am not a Christian?
I noticed you said you were a Christian counselor.  I am not a Christian.  Does that mean you won't work with me?

It certainly doesn't!  If you do not wish to incorporate Christian doctrine into your session, I don't have to, but, if you would like to, I am more than happy to.  I simply want those who would like to have Christianity as the basis of their session to know that is available for them.
