Come as you are...
Life can often be hard and difficult to navigate. We have an image in our head about how our lives are supposed to be and when they aren't, we have a hard time moving forward. In therapy, we will work together to identify what is contributing to your current situation, whether that be past trauma or present day events. We will come up with a treatment plan together that is solution focused and incorporates change, growth, and at times, acceptance.
Second Chance Counseling Services is not meant for emergencies or crisis situations. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For crises, you may also call National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255. The call is free and help is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
